Linoleum Prints Part II

I came up with a cool art deco pattern to cut into my second letter V.

I've done tons of prints on all different types of surfaces.

Setting Lead Type

We have been setting type in Studio. The letters are all reversed so we set everything upside down from left to right. I'm making a quote by Arthur Schopenhauer that says "Every man takes the limits of his own field of vision for the limits of the world" in size 48 Universal Bold Extended. I also used some big unlabeled wooden letters for the word "world." The quote has to do with vision which corresponds to the Vs I was printing with linoleum earlier.Type drawer
Big wooden lettersEveryone in the class has their quote on the press. The type is held tightly in place. Our first print was bound to have a few mistakes.
